Paper Submission

The submissions should contain original and high quality papers.
Authors are kindly requested to submit full papers, relevant to the conference topics complying with the following rules: 

English language, 4 to 6 full pages, including paper title authors' names and affiliations, figures,references and authors bios according to the
standard publication template (Authors are kindly requested to follow strictly the template)

» Full paper is requested, if you are considering publish your paper in the journalprospective authors are invited to submit a regular paper
using Easychair Online Submission System at ICOAC 2018: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICOAC2018

For author who doesn't want to publish paper, you can only submit your abstarct through: icoac@asr.org for only presentation opportunity on ICOAC 2018.

Notice!
One regular registration can cover a paper within 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. 
One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only ONE proceeding. 
Student fee is ONLY applicable for full-time students who are the FIRST authors.
For publication, each paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the journal. At least one author of a paper should pay a full registration fee. Each additional paper may be included in the journal for an additional fee.

The official Receipt of your payment
After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site. 
If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned copy.


Paper Submission Notes

All submitted papers will be sent to reviewers for a blind review. The reviewers use the following in evaluating research papers:

1. Novel Contribution
2. Originality in Thought
3. Inferences
4. Key Strengths
5. Key Weaknesses
6. Areas of Improvement
7. Presentation/Organization of Research

Submitted papers will be reviewed by committee reviewers and be scheduled for either oral or poster presentation during the conferences if the topic is relevant and the quality of the data justifies scheduling. Irrelevant or poor-quality abstracts may be rejected. Reviewed and accepted papers will receive notification information via email on Notification day, and will be requested to register before the Registration Deadline.

If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
